Nice solid feel and certainly does a simple job well. My reason for four starts is that the bottom of the masher is not flat/smooth. There are some ridges running along the bottom and skins from berries, what I use it for, get stuck in between these ridges and sometimes the holes since they are 1/32 or so deep and you have to poke the skins out. Other than that just fine.
