The reviews had me kind of worried, but it's not as bad as it may seem. Like others have said, it doesn't sit completely flush without modifications, but if you carefully go back and forth to each of the mounting screws, I got it to press against the gasket against the body.I'll look into doing the mods others have, but even after it rained I see no evidence of moisture in the housing or in the roof opening.Nice and bright, looks really sharp. Old brake light was barely visible even with an LED bulb. Plug and play as advertised! I hope it lasts for a while, as long as it's a couple of years at least, I'll be more than happy to buy again. If you're unsure about this, I'd recommend it. Even before modifying it, if you're careful, you shouldn't have any issues.

Super bright and very easy to install. Remove 2 screws on old light pull light out of mounting hole and unplug. Place new foam gasket around mounting hole and plug new light in. Place light in mounting hole and install 2 screws and done.

I was going to replace my bulbs in my high mount and found out 2 things. Mine was working but the bulbs has melted the plastic mounts inside. 2ndly, they are 7440 bulbs. On my 94 F150 I never saw those, only just now learning about them. (My 96 F150, actually uses them for turn signals instead of 3157s, but thats another story)I had only seen 7440/7444 bulbs in European stuff. My experience. Its great product, but doesn't fit. Theres big gap and I had to put silicone around it to fill the gap. I wish you had a bigger gasket that could be cut with exacto knife. Make the gasket like 1/4in thick. I'd gladly cut some gasket off to fit. The small gasket would let rain get into my roof.I bought 2, as I'm changing my 96 F150 to LED lights as well. I like it alot, just having to add silicone makes it look tacky and like it really isn't the proper part.Looks good at night. 4 stars because I wish the gasket was thicker.

Bought this as I needed a new one and it’s cheap enough that I didn’t care if it was perfect or not, the fitment on top is good, bottom side as others mentioned doesn’t sit flush due to the screw caps holding the light together that the OEM ones don’t have. The gasket provided also didn’t even fit their own light which is beyond me how that works.HOWEVER, the light looks good and is very bright. So if you want a cheap light and don’t mind putting a little silicone or rtv around sides to keep water out, this will work just fine. Me personally, I put my oem one back in and changed the bulbs. If it breaks I’ll put this one back in.

These fixed my abs light issue because my stock lights melted the bulb housing and threw a code. These work great but the only issue is there is two extra screws and plastic nipples that the screws go through that the stock ones don’t have. So because of this the frame doesn’t sit flush on the truck. In order to fix this issue you have to remove the two screws throw them away because they aren’t needed and take a razor knife and shave the plastic nipples flush with the rest of the plastic and then add the foam seal and it will sit flush and keep water out. Other than the hassle of having to modify it it’s an amazing product. My vehicle is a 95 Ford F-250
