I'm not sure what the difference is between the two other than one has more segments than the other. I thought maybe the 'turbo' one was courser and would grind faster? Maybe the turbo will leave a smoother surface? Anyway they work well. The only issue I have is that they should be angled, not a flat surface. To use them I have to remove the blade guard on my grinder. On both of them that's difficult.Aside from that they easy to attach using the grinder's nut. I guess it would be nice if they came threaded so no nut was needed but that's minor. Both made quick work of some extra cement that dried when pouring a wall. Much nicer than the masonnary fiber discs that the local hardware store carries.
