Ten bucks for a decent set of four straight punches. NO, they are not sharp. You will have to sharpen them before use, but what do you want for $10. You can sharpen them with sandpaper or a file. I used 150 grit and finished them with 320 grit. You don't need it, but a honing guide makes the task much easier. I used the Veritas brand one shown in the pictures that I sharpen my chisels with.

I like the quality but the chisels are dull and need to be sharpened.

I mean, all it took to make them usable was to sharpen the heck out of them, but they were very very dull. Solid steel, feels good in the hand. Other than the dullness, they're great

I love these punches! I have used them on 3 to 4 projects and they worked great and are very sturdy.

Many of the prong tips were curled back ant the rest were very dull. The would not go through thin soft leather. After filing them I was finally able to punch through the leather but it still took several hard hits with a hammer.

These arrived broken, dull, and the tips were rounded over. The only good thing is they were cheap but when they arrive unusable it is still wasted money. Spend a few extra dollars and buy a different set. I had to work on these for an hour before I could use them
