Didn't even know there was such a tool. Spent 3 hours of trial and error attempting to remove the hub with similar home made tools. Found this on youtube, bought from Amazon, arrived the next day. Took 12 minutes to finish the hub I had started and less than 45 minutes to set up and remove the other 3. Wow. and the construction of the tool is massive. Can't imagine I could break it on a normal car or truck.

The threads stripped after 4th time using it, they became very sharp. I put a thin layer of oil on threads upon purchase! I took it easy but it still seized up!!! These hubs are under a lot of pressure, be mindful of what you’re doing…. And maybe purchase a better quality job removal tool!!!!

Tool worked to loosen the hub, but I recommend using a pry bar once you get the hub loose slight or else you’ll strip the lug nut that secure ls the hardware to the stud.Overall it’s a good product, but not for my Chevy Colorado. Maybe better for a heavy duty application.

I was trying everything I could think of to remove that rusted wheel bearing and it wouldn’t budge. Then I waited and got this tool and I gotta say, “it saved my life on the headache of wondering and trying to remove itâ€.I recommend this tool!

I'm not sure why the GZZTORES 40100 Hub Remover wouldn't work on my Subaru Hubs, I specifically ordered the tool for this Car. Information on setting up and using the Tool is limited at the time of this review. The GZZTorres Hub Tool in all aspects looks like it is designed for this purpose. A little about the Quality of the Tool itself, like most Pullers it is Made of High Carbon Steel Components, it is Very Durable, and for the most part easy to use. As with all Screw Type Pullers, Proper lubrication is a must prior to and during use. The issue I had with the GZZTorres Puller was there are only two mounting points and the Ram Screw, No matter how I set it up I couldn't get a reliable setup using the GZZTorres Tool with the Stock Lug Bolts. ultimately I ordered a Three Fingered Bar Puller to remove the Subaru Hubs. I gave the GZZTORES 40100 Hub Remover only Two Stars based on my Experience with the Tool and my Subaru Outback, which are notoriously hard to remove. For a Vehicle that allows easy removal of the Hubs it may work well, that I don't know.

It worked well on a 10 year old hub bearing , that had never been changed. Have to move to two different push positions. Popped right out.

Having had too many of these hubs get stuck, this is just something you must have in the toolbox. It may not work on every hub every time, but it if works a couple times it's worth it.
