This thing is perfect for building hand strength. My son was super stoked when it arrived. He's been using it nonstop and already feels a difference. It's definitely worth the money if you're looking for a grip strengthener. Highly recommend!

I’m an occupational therapist. I typically treat patients with weak grasp and hand strength following injuries such as stroke or fracture. This 5 piece set will allow you to build not only your hand strength, but also extensor muscles and digit isolation. These all are well built, easy to disinfect (I use them all with patients) and several are adjustable based on your needs. This set works very well and a great value for the money!

After surgery, my husband noticed his strength wasn't coming back, even after PT. SO I got him this, and he uses everything throughout the day. His grip & strength is almost 100% back

The hand gripper which is the main piece, came non functional and all the other pieces were of such low quality and barely there resistance. Obviously for 10 dollars what can you expect but I didn't expect it to be basically unusable, so I will return. I do not recommend buying this product.
