Bored my case and it went on without a uitch started first time and is going well so far. If your not into doing mechanic stuff go buy a lame electric scooter. But if you like to wrench and want the performance then this kit is great

Everything worked great besides first time taking spark plug out it got stuck ruined threads but retap and everything is still fine . My guess is bad casting threads from the get go

Requires case to be bored to 64mm. Worked as a great replacement for my old big bore kit.

Let’s c the cylinder fins are broken the piston was way to small for the cylinder they sent it didn’t have the gaskets or the head with the valves n it very unsatisfied I just want the big bore kit I orderd it’s for my daughters go cart I’m trying to surprise her with it on her b day which is the 26 of December I really hope I can get my money back and reorder and hope I get the right stuff before then

61mm IS NOT 180cc!!!!!!.....No if's and's or but's about it. 61mm is 170cc point blank. 180cc requires a 63mm cylinder. Be warned that anything bigger than 58.5mm requires boring the case.

I got it for my gy6 150cc and never got it on due to I need to bore the crankcase if not is not going to fit...

Had to sand down a little on my case but it works like it should afterwards. Definitely can feel the difference.
