We added beadboard backsplash in the kitchen so we needed to find a way to keep our outlets from being sunk into the wall. These worked perfectly! screws are more than long enough to reach the electrical box and the spacers can easily be cut down to fit any size you need. I'll always keep some of these in my electrical supply toolbox.

I tiled my backsplash myself and wasn’t familiar with how to extend my electrical outlets afterwards to make them level with the tile. Ordered a different product that was terrible, then I found these. Excellent fix. I even cut one a little too big but it seemed to compress as I tightened the outlet screws which made the outlet super stable. I’m so grateful to have found this fix.

Easy to cut silicone rubber spacer to any size, but note they are flexible rubber. It doesnt give a "solid" feel, if the length of the spacer is large then the receptacles feel a bit loose. But it worked good enough and is a better alternative to resetting the wall box. But on the plus side, the rubber can be compressed so you have a bit of play if you cut the spacer a bit too long. The included screws are really long, I wish they would include a few shorter sizes of screws.

so i was in the market for a way to extend my outlets and came across these...i knew nothing about doing this but am a handy guy...i can say that its so easy because you dont have to be exact with this...i cut the tube kinda where i thought would be good and it worked every time..it squishes when you tighten the screw so you dont have to be precise..i did an entire kitchen and dining room and have plenty left over...the included screws were awesome and made doing the job even easier...i probobally have enough left over to do a couple more rooms but if i ever need it id buy this brand again A++++

If you are adding tile to a backsplash or drywall, these are a must have. They cut easily, and the included screws are plenty long enough to accomodate the added 1/8 - 1/4" that you are adding to the surface.I still have several left, but will 100% order more when I run low on them.

The house we bought had been remodeled. The previous owner added tile as a backsplash over the existing outlets. The outlets were recessed enough to cause a wobble or excessive movement when plugging in or unplugging a cord. These spacers and extra long screws took up the slack and stiffened the mounted outlet.I don't have to worry about wires loosening or breaking. And easy to install for DYI.

Purchased these to adjust the kitchen outlets after a backsplash project. They are a runner like material so they’re easy to cut with scissors but they can still be screwed in too much since they’re soft rubber. A hard plastic would be easier to screw in
