Easy replacement. Only tools needed were a screwdriver, a 7/16 wrench (for the ground bolt), and some wire pliers to secure the zip ties. Took me 15 minutes to replace the whole system on my Weber. Works like a charm. Wire lengths, colors and even the button all match OEM. Good value vs. paying for OEM.

Solid enough kit, but the igniter button was suspect. It appeared it would not work if installed.I never got to find out because the terminals in the back of the igniter button were too short to allow a solid fit and connection. I ordered a replacement from Amazon.

Everything fit the Weber Genesis II grille. I only had to replace one ignitor at this time but nice to have the extras as backup.

The box came without any instructions on how to install the new igniter. The main igniter was different then my Genesis II grill. My grills igniter is installed on the lower part of the frame. The one they sent seems to be one that was installed on the front control panel. It wouldnt fit on my front panel because there is only one hole for the push button starter. I installed this one in the same spot as my former one but that means that to start, I have to start the gas and then reach underneath to push the button thats on the igniter. Not having any instructions was a problem. I ended up watching a couple of YouTube videos to get the just of what I was supposed to accomplish. What a pain. I had considered returning it but with the on line videos, I made something work.

Love my grill, but the igniter died. Was trying to troubleshoot which component went bad, when I saw this kit - dropped in, and igniters are back! Great value considering what OEM costs, and it seems very well constructed - will update if longevity is not what original was...

Works well but only 3 stars because 2 of replacement wires were crimped. I was able it fix 1 but the other was broken. Luckily I was still able to use 1 of the old ignition wires which still worked.
