I thought the sturdiness of the tools not very good. The staple remover broke after a half hour of use, leaving me to use a screwdriver and pliers to finish the job. I was leery of buying another to replace the broken on. Plastic tools not as sturdy as needed.

I've tested these tools to remove the staples from the upholstery project I'm doing. They definitely will make it so much easier than the flat head screwdriver and pliers I was using.

These are plastic and the metal is As strong as a butter knife. By the way my butter knives held up longer than these tools. I am in the process of upholstering my dinning chairs. These things broke on the first chair and one by one. I did take a chance on the cheap stuff. It did not hold up.

The 3 heavier tools are great. The cost is fine. The pry bars are medium soft plastic. I have no idea what they could possibly be used for.

Previous owners put carpet on top of my hardwood floors. I couldn't get the nails out with the carpet puller. I hurt my hand using a hammer. I tried this with a mallet and it took less than an hour.
