I am very satisfied with this set of brushes. I've been using an awful old brush on my pastry and this is such an improvement. The "bristles" are soft enough for brushing egg, milk, or whatever on delicate crusts and they hold the liquid well. They clean up beautifully and dry in no time at all. I don't do any meat brushing, so I had no use for large tool. This set of 3 small ones will keep me set up for a long time.

I use these to butter my small waffle maker and they work great! Also use them to butter my Pizzelle maker. Great value for the money!

These inexpensive silicon brushes are working out very well for me. I bought them to use in spreading oil in pans to reduce the overall amount of oil I use. I found that spray oils often left my non stick pans gummy so I now use a tiny bit of oil and use the brush to coat the surface of the pan. I use one throughout each day then pop it into the dishwasher where they clean up quite well. I have not used them for basting meats but I did notice that it holds a lot of oil when left in my spoon holder so I would expect them to be fine. I am not sure how well they would work on pastry, as the "bristles" are not thick or stiff and I don't know that they would get into crevices easily. I continue to use my natural bristle brushes for that purpose.

Well, for the price it's cheap for 3 brushes but I was really surprised with how tiny these little guys are. Also with their size I feel like they are a bit flimsy and it definitely takes longer to brush whatever on your food. Overall, they work but the size and quality could be a bit better, but I guess you're paying for quantity over quality.

I used this product for applying an egg wash to pigs in a blanket and they worked very well and were easy to wash by hand. There wasn't anything that I disliked about the product.Annette Bieber

good looking and durable( came out well from the dishwasher) brushes. The size is small but fits my needs. Adds a pop of color to the kitchen. Like the idea of brush head coming off for cleaning purposes!

I had seen a similar brush used on a cooking show. Before I had one traditional basting brush (now lost), sometimes not washed by time I’d need it again. These work well and I like that they come apart. I throw the bristles part in the silverware section of dishwasher.

Very useful utensils in the kitchen, when you want to spread something. Nice looking and easy to wash by hand or in the dishwasher

These brushes are well-made and very good for brushing on marinades and sauces. Handles are short...my choice...easy to fit in my compact small tool and equipment drawer.

I was not a fan of these. I prefer the handle to be longer and the silicone to be more stiff to allow for spreading of sauces etc. Works great for butter on a pan, but not much else.

When I first opened the package, I was disappointed at the small size of these brushes. However, having used them on a regular basis for several weeks now, I am far more pleased with them than I expected to be.I primarily use them for basting meat, and spreading pizza sauce. Having always used bristle brushes for these jobs, I am amazed at how much easier these are to clean. A little soap and water, a quick rinse, and they are spotless and ready to be used again. While I still think they are over-priced, this feature alone has taken much of the sting out of paying so much for them.
