The inducer fan assembly went right in and wires plugged in correctly. Had to use screws included in kit and appropriate flow reducer to match old one. Installed a month ago and working great.Approximately an hour to instal. Wasn't in a big rush.

Just an FYI I did not receive what is in the picture, the basic layout is the same, the impeller housing is thicker than the original, 70mm vs 60mm but it still fit with a lot more difficulty. The new motor used also has a run capacitor on it. Unit comes with an assortment of orifices, and because of the dimension changes it also comes with new mounting screws. So far it has performed fine and is quiet. The impeller design also looks like it will hold up much better than the old one.

Part did not look exactly the same. I thought it was better because it took up less room. Came with a gasket which was super nice. So far it works great and has been going for a couple of days just fine.
