I'm using these to secure a vent fan to a ceiling HVAC out -vent. They're strong and great quality, and have a dip/inset on one size so that screws (some are provided) sit flush with the surface of the plate. Thumbs up.

These have a nice finish. Very smooth and evenly coated. The finish, plus the mending plates being stainless steel, means these should up well to outdoor use. I got these to repair a broken railing on my utility trailer. They are sturdy enough to used in a situation where the strength might be tested, at least to a reasonable degree. The quality seems to match fairly to the cost, so if you need mending plates like these, I think you'll be pleased.

I am using these braces on the cowling of my snow blower where it tends to bow in. I put one brace inside the outer skid and the other on the inside of the cowling on each side of the blower. It holds the cowling nice and straight. Very solid pieces that come with hardware. And you get eight of them!

This is exactly what I was looking for in a brace, flat flush and strong they merged two pieces of wood in the garage together with no issues, no flex and it's rock solid now. Would recommend these to anyone needing strong flat braces.
