They do come dirty looking but they work well. I use them to open paint tubes.

I was surprised at the lower quality finish on these pliers. I bought them to keep inside the house for occasional use. The (pink) padding on the handle is comfortable but I doubt it would stand up to normal usage. And the nose is a bit rough. I’ve never seen a pliers nose before that wasn’t smooth and shiny. Not sure I would have bought them if I’d actually seen them first, but they’ll do for my purposes.

When you pick these up you immediately know they are well made and will hold up to strong use. I like the pink handle so my husband will be abel to know they do not belong in his tool box and return them to mine! :-) Great price for quality tool.

These are very cute but, not good quality. I guess you get what you pay for. What I didn't like was that the pink grips have dirty marks all over them, like someone with dirty hands handled them before putting into packaging.
