I have a 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid.No sure if there originally was a gas cap but my car didn't have one, so I installed this unit.( I bought the vehicle used)Works properly and easy to remove with key.

Perfect tight fit for my 2013 F-150. Nice and tight. Serious effort to pry out. Easier to use than a gas cap. Just got it I will update after I use it awhile.

perfect form, fit, and function. i purchased this item because i didn't like not having my vehicle not have a locking lid or gas cap so i purchased this locking gas cap which is more of a cover/deterrent to keep someone from doing something stupid without having to put minimum effort into doing it. now i have peace of mind and one less thing to needlessly worry about until it happens. if it does happen then it wasn't because i didn't try to prevent it. reading other reviews i see others purchased to prevent water from entering the tank during car washes!! not something i thought about but another fine reason for the purchase. highly recommended if you have a capless fuel tank and non-locking lid, or locking lid for that matter

Doesnt fit properly. Doesnt lock nor seal the fuel fill inlet. Can be removed while locked with my finger tips. Served no purpose at all.

I leave my car parked outside all the time and I am always afraid of someone stealing my gas because it has happened before. This little gadget is the best to protect your gas and give you piece of mind! Love it!
