The new pump fits correctly, and was easy to install. After 2 days everything is working correctly, and the dishwasher is draining. So far I have not experienced any leaking around the o-ring seal. A great deal as the same part cost 4x more from the appliance parts site.

This works and took literally 5 minutes to replace. I sucked all the water out of the dishwasher basin with a wet/dry vac before I received this replacement drain motor. When it arrived, I shut off the breaker that feeds the dishwasher in my electrical panel, shut off the water supply under my sink that feeds to it, took out the 2 screws that secure the dishwasher under the countertop, slid the dishwasher out and carefully laid it on it's side to access the drain motor. I disconnected the 2 electrical harness wires that attach to the old motor, used a #20 star driver bit to remove the 3 screws that hold the motor in, slid the old motor out, wiped out the inside of the housing with a damp rag, slid the new motor in, put the screws back in, reconnected the wire harnesses, slid the dishwasher back in and resecured to the countertop. Then I turned the water supply back on, turned the breaker back on and ran a load of dishes. It now drains again.

Installed this about two months ago, and it's been working great. And at a fraction of the price compared to the pump sold by Frigidaire. Very happy with this purchase!

Hubby was able to take out the old part of our dishwasher which wasn't draining and it was easy enough to replace with this one. Works great!

Easy to install. Works great. Appears to be an exact replacement. After 2 and a half months working well making my 15 year old Frigidaire dishwasher work like new again.
