Someone tried to break the old gas cap by destroying the key lock, so went back with the original cap and connected the strap to the vehicle. Worth the price, nice and clean!

It does not fit my pickup, I have it with the original with the plastic bag it came in. It said it was the original replacement gas cap but it will not fit my pickup. I just figured there was no use trying to get it sent back, I am using the old cap. Plus the bag was opened when I tried the new one. It is still laying in the pickup.Thanks for asking

I drive a 2002 GMC Yukon, and several months ago, the money light came on in my truck, P0440 was the code retrieved, I was quoted $250 to $300 for the repair, so I decided to do the repairs myself, I checked all the lines in the evap system and I didn’t see anything cracked or broken, the fuel cap is the least part in the evap system, so it was the first part I replaced, on my way to work the following morning the CEL turned off at about 20 miles into the trip, but a couple of days later, the CEL came on again, P0440 code again
