I cannot recommend, worked for one day then found hole burnt into it and arcing. To top it off I have to pay for return shipping. 😡SELLER HAS REACHED OUT TO ME AND HAS MADE IT RIGHT WITH ME THEREFORE I DO RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AND REPLACEMENT IS WORKING GOOD. Updated my one star to 5 stars

4 of the mats we received are working fine. One had an area that melted. The vendor refunded our money with just pictures quite quickly. The place where the cord enters the mats is kind of a thick lump to be careful of tripping on.

We have had abnormally cold temps and snow. I used these on the front walkway so I didn't have to use a snows hovel. They didn't spike my electric bill, and keep the walk free of ice and snow. A bonus is that they all click into each other, kind of like CHristmas lights. Absolutely LOVE them. A neighbor recommended them, and they are perfect. HIGHLY recommend.

the snow didn't melt, the 40 degree ambient temperature does a better job. Would NOT recommend!

This mat comes with a mechanical timer and instructions! It’s thick and seems to be good quality.

This 30" by 48" graphene heated outdoor mat for snow/ice removal is nice quality, well made, and easy to use. We currently rent out house and our front porch/steps doesn't have a gutter, so the steps accumulate a massive amount of ice throughout winter. We try to salt them to keep the ice levels down but it's hard to keep up on it at times. We decided to put this mat on the sidewalk and ordered smaller mats for the stairs, which also connects to this mat. This mat is big enough to fit a section on the sidewalk right before the stairs. It functions great by keeping the snow and/or ice gone. Overall, I'm happy with this product and feel like it's worth the money based on the quality.

I have been using these at our side door where we come and go and also let our dogs in and out. I am loving not needing to shovel right there and how snow doesn't get tracked in anymore. I stand on the mat and stomp to get the snow melted off my boots too. This is a great find and I am happy to have them. I might get more for the front walk.
