Installed this cartridge this past week. Tiled the bathroom and only used water maybe 5 or 6 times. Was installing the finish fixtures yesterday. Was installing the decorative ring when the water started pouring out of the faucet. Would not shut off. Valve had completely failed. Had to shut off water to the whole building and go buy brand new $130.00 Rumson fixture to get the cartridge. Now I have to buy another freakin cartridge so I don't waste the extra fixtures I just bought.
