I bought this product for my husband. He loves them. They work fantastically. We did have an issue with the salt grinder, the top came apart unexpectedly. I contacted the company and sent along a picture and the receipt, within an hour they responded and had another grinder in the mail within 24 hours. They didn't have the silver top in stock so we excepted the black top. Didn't matter to us. Side note: the silver grinders take 6 AA batteries. The black grinders only take 4 AA batteries. Other then that small issue we love them. I'd recommend these to everyone.

Initially, I gave this product a 1 star review because it stopped working after 4 months. Upon seeing my review, the sellers immediately (politely, professionally) reached out to me to reconsider my review if they would ship me a new set of grinders, which I agreed to. (They were concerned that something might’ve been damaged in the original set during shipping, and wanted to make it right.) At this point, a couple months later, the replacement shakers are working great. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars from me is because I feel like (compared to other sets I’ve owned), that there’s not a whole lot of torque while grinding either salt or pepper, and I also have to shake them every now and then to get them to feed more pepper corns or salt granules to the grinding chamber. With that said, however, I do enjoy the way the look and the consistency of the grind. Hopefully they last longer than 4 months this time.

I have owned these S&P shakers for over a year. Just turn the grinder upside down and the salt or pepper dispenses. The light brightly lights up the food you are seasoning and the grinding coarseness settings offer a wide range. We love larger-chunked black pepper and this grinder delivers exactly what we prefer. I also love the ease of one-handed use. I purchased this second set as a Christmas present and the recipient loves them as well. Great product.

We got tired of our manual acrylic grinders breaking every couple of years so we decided on this upgrade. The grinder is sleek and stylish and in the copper version looks great in our kitchen. It uses 3 batteries which are easy to load and all you do is turn it upside down over your plate or pot and it automatically turns on and starts grinding. When you’re finished, just tip it back up and it shuts itself off. Couldn’t be easier.

Purchased these mainly for the copper accents which coordinate with our kitchen decor, but absolutely love the convenience of the auto-grind. Adjusting the coarse/fineness of the output is simple and the batteries are easy to access. Would be excellent for gifts.
