Button Switch
Press and hold the ON/OFF button to grind; release the button to stop.
Install the battery
Pull back the battery cover to open it, then install 4 AAA batteries (not included).
Fill the Grinder
Turn the loading door to open it and fill it with your choice of spices.
Select Grind Size
Rotate the adjustable knob at the bottom of the grinder to select the desired grind size.
LED Light
There’s also a white LED light turning on while the battery's pepper grinder working so that seasonings can be seen clearly.
Easy One-handed Operation
It's easy to use with its smart one-hand design it frees your hands to do other things and stops working immediately when the button is released, allowing easy control of dosage.

These are working very well! With a little arthritis in hand/thumb joints, I really appreciate how easy it makes having freshly ground pepper and salt mix (from Trader Joes). They weren't that hard to use before but I am really happy I got these, and I think would make nice little stocking stuffers/every day gifts! I chose because they have batteries, not "rechargeable" with one more cord to keep up with or have in sight.

It sets next to a salt mill I bought earlier and is a pretty good match. Window lets you see the remaining peppercorns. Lighted and easy to use. I like it ground fine and it does just that.

Does a good job however the cap for pepper tank came off twice. Very easy to use and perfect weight (even with 4 batteries).

Buy it!! I don’t know why I didn’t purchase this before! It’s wonderful & fresh grated pepper is so much more satisfying than regular pepper!!

It does the job. Be aware of where you place your hand picking it up or setting it down. The button that starts it is too easy to engage.

I like the look of the grinders, and they are easy to fill and use. One of them suddenly stopped working completely. Batteries are fully charged, everything is clean, but it won't work. Sadly, the return window is closed so I'll be looking for a different seller.
