The old hose was stiff and made using the shower wand difficult. The new one was easy to install and wakes showering a real joyful experience. The hose is very flexible and I can spray all parts of my body with ease. Hope I’ll never need to replace the new hose but if I do I will get another one of these. Great quality and fair price.

We replaced our stock plastic hose with this one and are extremely happy with the superior quality of this stainless steel hose. This was installed on our existing Delta shower unit. It installed in minutes with no modifications needed and no extra parts required. Hose does not leak, even with full water pressure. It is very flexible (especially compared to plastic hose) and lays perfectly in the shower. The color is very nice and true to oil rubbed bronze - a perfect match to our expensive Delta fixtures. I almost ordered the longer version of this, and at last minute switched to this 59-inch. Glad I did because the length is perfect in our full size master shower. TOP QUALITY at an EXCELLENT PRICE.

All our fixtures are Moen and we recently replaced both showerheads. Based on some reviews about the plastic-y hose that was included in the package with the showerhead, I opted not to wait to see if that one would hold up. I just went ahead and ordered this metal hose (also in the same oil rubbed bronze finish) so they were installed at the same time. I got both the 59" and 79" lengths, as one bathroom has the standard shower/tub, but the shower in our master bath is a spacious walk-in so the extra long 79" was better. These don't kink up at all and it's especially useful when using the handheld for cleaning. I know I don't have to worry about these!

Seriously, the Moen shower head, etc, we have is maybe 5 years old. The seals in the hose, had already gone bad and it leaked really bad. Attempting to fix it just lead to the plastic couplers breaking. So we ordered this to see if it was decent. It's better. It's actually all metal, stainless. Unlike the Moen which was junk plastic, even the outer casing. This has nice thick rubber seals, but soft enough to seal perfectly, without using crappy Teflon tape or pipe dope. If some random, made in China, brand off Amazon (no offense) is better than Moen, what's Moen's excuse?I recommend this.
