This part looked just like OE part down to the blue tape coming off the cables. One or two little differences on the actuator part but the screws snugged up tight and door latch engaged good as well during install. I installed the part in about and hour and the door handle was back working as it should. Nice not having to roll the window down to open the door from outside anymore. Its been almost two months since i put it in so time will tell. But it works and operates just fine. Will update it parts fails for any reason

I used this product to replace the driver's door actuator on my 2016 Altima. Everything worked perfectly until I closed the door. Now it is locked closed and will not open no matter what, even if I reach into the door and manually release the latch. Something inside the latch is broken/defective and it will be very costly for me to get it fixed now.
