The heater core looks new and fits in the heater assembly unit. But it does not come with the o-ring. I recommend this product to anybody who wants to save money. It’s great product!

Some reviews are good, some bad, figured I would try it out and spend 1/3 of the big box stores price. No leaks so far and good heat.

Changing heater cores is involved, should be done only by mechanics. Time consuming. But has to be done if your core is leaking. This core is of good quality.

Bought to replace an original heater core for 2004 Ram 2500 while replacing blend doors. Had a puddle of coolant on the passenger floor within the first day of use. Will be sending this back and reusing my original core.

Ordered 6 weeks ago took a week or so to get it installed. 2 weeks after warranty up it's leaking. After 30 days you cannot contact seller.
