My ONLY complaint... the screws and bolts package was missing. (My error for not checking the box completely and then waiting to install). I had the needed hardware on hand. Very easy to assemble, looks great and lots of compliments from neighbors. Very sturdy, opens and closes as you'd want your mailbox to do. I'd give it 5 stars, but that hardware was missing. Check your packaging thoroughly and you'll be able to give those 5 stars on your purchase. The price was great compared to what's available at the big box stores and truly... a fabulous buy.

Good product, fast shipping. Easy to assemble. Requires digging a hole and using a 3.5" x 3.5" ( aka 4 by 4) Post. Add concrete to your hole and plumb the post upright. Kit was Exactly as described.

I really do love the mailbox - fits right over the 4x4 post, and looks great. But it was missing all of the hardware… I was able to find most of it from my local hardware store, except for the most important screws holding the box to the mounting square :( after several attempts to get something to work, I ended up redrilling the existing holes to fit what I could find. If the hardware had been included, it would’ve taken less than 30 minutes to install.

Fast delivery, all parts according to the packing list. You receive the mailbox assembled: its walls are connected to the bottom on hinges all you have to do is lift them and click them into place, and the roof snaps on top. Everything is very simple.If you already have a wooden pole, then attaching the entire structure will not take much time. Don't forget to use level to check the vertical 🙂.
