ARP makes GREAT quality fasteners and I use them when possible/needed. This oversize damper bolt makes hand turning the crank for setting valves, much easier than the small stock bolt head.

This bolt saved the day . While turning my engine over to find TDC. When I dropped a new distributor I had stripped the threads on original crank bolt . So I ordered this bolt which was a hair longer. I threaded this one in and it tighten up ! Found TDC . and all is good

Bolt is great if you have a SBC...will not fit in the hub of an LT1 because of the head size.
