The small pieces are easy to clean. The smell using Dawn Dish Detergent did not help the smell. I assume I should buy another product to make the smell go away. I hung it over the deck rail in FULL sun. That did not help. .The puppies were eight weeks old when training began. They are doing so well that the product will continue to be used. They are six months old and seldom have an accident. The grass pads are used and sill be bought again,

The grass just comes out! I was hoping it would be a better quality because the backing isn't that black stuff that just disintegrates and flakes off.... and it was a little shorter lower profile grass which is easier to clean, but grass was just everywhere, falling out from edges and center. So disappointing - don't understand why someone cant make a low profile grass with drainage that doesn't fall apart.

This is a nice product fits well in my trays but when u go to wash it out the grass shreds bad.

Now I know everything does not work for everyone. But this little rectangle of faux grass worked and is still working for me. My puppy goes consistently on here. This made the puppy training process soooooo much easier for me.

I have the old version still. It hold the urine in the pad. I was disappointed at first to see it was different as I liked look of the old one. However, that changed once I used it. It stays dryer than my old one. When I rinse it out, it dries quicker. This is something beneficial for me because when it is cold, it can take some time for the old one to dry. So far, this one was pretty dry in a day.

I used to have the entire plastic 3-layer system. It was a pain to clean and keep clean. I use this with a potty pad underneath. Super easy clean up and I rinse it once a week in the tub.

Although I found this to be exceptionally good for the reason I purchased it, I needed it as a replacement turf for one that had seen much better days. Unfortunately it was just a little too small so I ordered another potty pad. However, I am keeping this as a back-up, or to use on my balcony as the weather warms. This is definitely 'the cat's meow' for indoor small dogs, especially in the winter time. Love it.

Great for our small puppy. Wouldn’t recommend for a larger dog, would probably need 2-3. We put it outside ourdoor, live in a basement apartment so potty training is difficult on real grass but want him to learn to go on grass for when he can hold his bladder and go less frequently to make it up the stairs and to the grass. We put a few leaves on it a well and he started going on it right away. Will probably have to order another one in a few months as it will probably hold some odour after a while.

I live in a high rise condo so i had really high hopes for this product but what a total waste of money!!! The edges are frayed and continues to do so and "grass" clippings EVERYWHERE!!! I can count maybe 5 drainage holes so each and every time my dog uses it, it puddles over to his hind legs so he's soaked in urine each time.I've rinsed it a couple of times and I notice the white rubber backing to keep the "grass" in tact on the bottom end of the mat starts to come off and not to mention more and more clippings go along with. 1 star for the fact that dog uses it without training.
