I wanted to love these but I have two reasons for not: 1) there's a lip on one side so it makes it difficult to place on a gel plate and 2) it's really really slippery. If you don't place it or lift it from the plate just right it will smear your ink or paint. I'll continue to use them but I'll need to be careful not to wreck my images and mark making.

Love these rubbing plates. I have used them with fabric but mostly with clay. I use them with my slab work and get some great textures by combing selected textures.

I use these rubbing plates for gelli printing on paper and for adding texture to polymer clay. They are very good for these purposes.

Some of this may be my fault, but I was going to use these to impress on clay. They said black plastic so I thought should be sturdy enough to do large impression. They are not sturdy the plastic is very flimsy and I had one break and start splitting by just stacking them. I would think they would not be that flimsy as to break so easily. The designs are as shown.

These are great, the only prob is they are a bit smaller than I'd like.
