Why choose ARTR wrap?
When it comes to titanium exhaust wrap, people may think the material is titanium. Actually, titanium is the color. There is no wrap made from titanium in the market. ARTR titanium wrap is made from volcanic rock fiber. Some sellers may list titanium-colored fiberglass exhaust wrap as titanium wrap.
- ARTR wrap can withstand 1800°F Direct/2500°F Intermittent Heat while fiberglass wrap can only withstand 1400F direct/2000F intermittent heat.
- The color of fiberglass wrap will turn to white in high temperature while the color of ARTR wrap will keep the same. This is the way to distinguish volcanic rock fiber wrap and fiberglass exhaust wrap.
Please notice:
- Before installing, please soak the wrap in water so that the fiber will not fly all around.
- Please wear long sleeves, gloves and mask when handling. Fiber will make you itchy and uncomfortable.
- Wrap will smoke and you will smell it burning off for the first hour or 2, after that the smell will gone. It isn't burning. The smoke comes from wax (there is wax in the wrap while producing). The wrap will not catch fire. Please don't worry.

Stainless steel zip ties included in this package are universal fit for different projects. However, they are not as good as horse clamps. You may use horse clamps instead. We are sorry that horse clamps cannot be included since they come with various sizes. You have to buy the right size for your project separately.

Covered extremely well the header portion of the exhaust on my quad. The metal zap straps worked well, but there is a specific way (found that on Youtube) to cut the straps to length, where you leave an inch or so, then use pliers to curl back the end of the strap so it will stay in place and not lengthen over time with heat. Would definitely buy this product again, as it's of great quality, and actually thicker than I originally thought it would be!

This is NOT titanium wrap, it’s a fiberglass based wrap. I thought people were joking when they said wear long sleeves, pants and gloves, I only did the glove part and with I would have bundled up. The fiberglass gets freakin everywhere and makes you itch.However it looks great, wraps nice I didn’t even have to wet it to get tight wraps. The steel cable ties provided suck, but overall it’s not bad at all, the DEI stuff is way nicer, but if you’re on a budget this is a good buy for sure. I’d use it again

The product it good quality the ties honestly could of been better. I used the wrap to wrap my long tube headers definitely keeps the heat out of the engine bay .

This is just normal heat wrap that is “titanium†colored. Over all its lower quality, lots of fraying and does not withstand any type of abrasion (instantly get cut through)

I bought enough to do my headers, X-pipe, mufflers, and tail pipes. So we'll see how we'll it holds up under heat once my project is done. For best results to avoid the fibers getting everywhere, in your clothes, hair, and skin, put the whole roll in a bucket of water, pull out the end, and start wrapping. Keeps the fibers in check and it stretches a little better. Use stainless steel ties to secure the ends.
