I got this to help recovery of a sprained ankle/extreme tendinitis to duplicate at home the PT I was receiving at a rehab location. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Good for balance exercise and maintenance.

I bought the item to use at my sit stand desk at work & I use it almost every day. Historically, I have had a lot of issues with balance and strength and using finding these things to be improving drastically. It doesn’t feel like exercise. At the end of the day, my legs definitely feel like they got a bit of a workout.I don’t feel ill on this. It offers good support and there has been no issues with slipping or sliding. It’s super easy to use, just put it down and stand on it. No adjusting is necessary. I like the way it looks, as it is simple and plain, and fits nicely with the office decor. I also like that, I can use it both side to side and back, depending on which muscle groups that I wish to work on.I highly recommend this for anybody who’s looking for a fun, easy way to work on balance & strength. I would 100% buy this again.

This isn't exactly what I wanted, but my daughter likes it so we will keep it for her and I'll buy a different one. It is very sturdy and has a good grip, it was easy to put together- though I did need a power screwdriver because the little one they provide was not working well. Overall a good buy, I need more stability and back and forth motions, this one allows you to go in a full circle like you're on a ball.

This is a well constructed balance board. It was really easy to put together and very sturdy. Definitely a good value for the money.

I wanted something low-profile to help keep my legs moving while seated at my desk. Sitting for a while makes my legs swollen. I love that it's 360, not just rocking side to side. Super easy to put together and appears to be quite durable.

So, this product works exactly the way I expected it to, and I'm using it for physical therapy exercises to avoid future ankle injuries. That's great. Now, while I didn't expect it to arrive in pieces and need to be put together, I wasn't too put out.Until I started assembling it. It's no easy feat to drive a screw into a chunk of wood - through a chunk of wood and into another chunk of wood - with a handheld screwdriver. In fact, it turned out to be impossible to do properly with the included screw driver. I had to get one out of the toolbox to finish the job.Then, there was no way to actually apply the anti-slip surface to the top of the balance board. I had the anti-slip surface, and I had the balance board, and there was nothing in the package to combine the two. I had to, once again, retrieve something that I already had in my home - a bottle of super glue. The super glue worked perfectly, and I have a great balance board now, but if I hadn't already had high quality hand tools and a bottle of super glue, I would have had to purchase additional products to make this product usable.
