It's periodic preventive maintenance time again for our 2013 Pilot, and the original belt is showing some discoloration on the back while the ribs are starting to check a bit. Car is now over a dozen years old but only about 60k miles, so the cracking starting to show in the ribs is almost certainly age-related rather than due to wear from mileage. Regardless, the Bando belt easily replaces the original one after all its loyal and reliable service. This one is identical in shape and size to that original, and installed easily in minutes using just a long flex-handle ratchet and socket. Looks very pretty compared to the original one that had faded to a dirty brown on the back. Most importantly, no worries about issues with the rib cracking, at least not for another dozen-plus years at the rate we use the car.More --This belt generally gets changed as part of the timing belt, water pump, tensioners and guide rollers replacement exercise every 105K miles or so per Honda's recommendation. I replaced the timing belt a year or so ago out of concern for the age only, but left the original accessory drive belt in place as it looked fine. At service and inspection time this year though, the rib cracking got my attention, so the replacement belt was ordered and installed. I'm a very strong proponent of PM (Preventive or Proactive Maintenance), since it saves us from a lot of the surprise events that seem to strand people and/or cause much larger damage. For me anyway, PM like this keeps me from being that guy stuck on the side of the desert highway with steam pouring out. Or worse, with warped heads and head gaskets failed. Or worse-worse, if it's mrs dr bob instead of me. I hate getting stranded by stooopid stuff, especially when the insurance is so cheap, and the fix so easy and convenient in my own garage. Vs. along the side of that desert highway.I can't speak to longevity yet. Bando has been an OEM supplier to several Japanese car and equipment manufacturers for decades, so I have no worries at this point. If signs of failure start to show up at annual services time, I'll be sure to report back with those results. For now though, the fit and apparent quality are sufficient to recommend this belt for this service.

No issues with new belt. Exact size replacement for OEM. Changed at 95000 miles preventively while I was replacing the alternator (OEM belt had micro cracks, but seemed to be in overall good shape). There are 2 types of tensioners depending on your Odyssey trim, so your tensioner release nut may be in a different location than what you might see in a how-to video. I used a breaker bar and socket since I had them already; otherwise I would have purchased a tensioner release tool which is longer for more leverage.

I ordered this belt to replace the original on my 2003 Honda Accord V-6 while the timing belt, water pump, tensioner, and pulley bearings were being replaced. The replacement belt fit fine and performs just like the original thus far. I hope it lasts as long as the original which had only 55,000 miles on it but was original [10 years old] but showed no signs of wear. I would not hesitate to order this belt again.Dennis

This is the OEM belt and it's made in the USA. Great quality as the original one was changed at 70K and had no signs of wear. Maint interval suggest 100K, just like spark plugs but I would do both by 75K

Bando is my go to for belts. OEM supplier for Honda. Just replaced on 2012 Ridgeline. Original not bad yet, just 10+ years old so regular maintenance.

After everything was said and done, it did NOT fit. I had to have my buddy drive me to a auto part store to replace. Waited to long and can't return. Dunno if someone swapped out the belt but it doesn't fit. 1 star for inaccurate description.

I installed this after my old belt got shredded somehow. It was easy to install and fits perfectly without any adjustments needed.

The Michelin belt I replaced on my Odyssey before made a squeaking noise. After replacing this belt, the squeaking noise stopped and it works well.

Belt looks good, just different packaging compared to ad. I've looked online and I've never seem this type of packaging from Bando. But nonetheless belt looks like a genuine Bando belt, but only time will tell.
