fit 2001 sierra with 4.8. It did seem very snug going over the tensioner. I can see why some people might think it’s too small.

Just a word of warning. This belt is 37.8†long, 1†too short for my truck (2002 GMC Sierra 1500) even though Amazon says it fits. Check your old belt before ordering. I spent a lot of time fighting with it until I realized it must have been too short. Went to the auto parts store and looked up the correct belt which is about 39†overall length and for perfectly. It’s too late to return it since I bought it awhile ago and was just able to work on the truck. So I wasted my money we even though Amazon says it fits.
