I use a LOT of abrasives and will say Benchmark Abrasives are the best bang for your buck. I use these for all of my aluminum welds and they last longer than anything else providing quick weld removal and clean surface prep. The quality is unmatched and they don’t get loaded up like others. 10/10 would recommend.

I am getting stuff of the deck, mostly old stain and semi transparent sealant. Got the 36 grit into my 18V grinder and WOW. These things get the job done in no time. I tried other things before and this is by far the best. The removal rate is very strong and the disks last quite a bit. Highly recommended

Wow! What an improvement over flap discs that arent designed for al. Removes material quickly. Pads seem to last long and also dont glaze. Material remains much cooler because these discs remove material so well. So glad I bought these!

I don’t think you will find a more affordable 36 grit flap disc for the price. They do burn up a little faster than a more expensive brand. They remove material very quickly though and I will be buying these as long as they are available.

Where have you been all my life??? If you have to grind aluminum, this works at least 3 times faster and no build up on the sanding disks. I have only tested on a few aluminum welds, but definitely feel like but two boxes of these will be a huge time saver. I will report back if my opinion changes after more use.

As advertised it doesn't clog but the abrasive comes off the backing almost as fast as the non-clogging agent. Took me 20 minutes to do a 5 minute job. Won't buy again!
