The handles did not go past the first use. It broke. The mold itself is easy to use, easy to clean but the handles were not tightly fixed.

I make my own pastry crust and use that to make fried fruit pies pies or crawfish, shrimp or meat pies and this works great. Itâ€™s a bit small but still, it works great.

Whether it is large sized stuffed pasta or empanadas or ravioliâ€¦.this is soooo handy! I use the opposite side to cut the round shape on my rolled out pastry and place the circle onto the exposed teethâ€¦fill with your filling, use a little egg wash for the edges and than flip the 2 halves togetherâ€¦voilaâ€¦sealed.
