Bought these for a home project I have been working on. They came in very handy, and sped up the project, as well as giving it strength it would not have had otherwise. They appear to made of sufficient quality. I even purchased the larger pack for future projects.

These brackets look pretty much as shown and are strong. Having said this, it isn't clear why,, if they are stainless steel, they are painted. Absent stripping the paint or corrosion testing, there is no way to readily confirm whether or not they are made from a stainless steel alloy. The paint on these brackets has numerous defects and small unpainted areas poor quality control on the paint job.

Ordered this 20 Pack Bigwaves L Bracket for Shelves Set, Stainless Steel Metal Corner Brackets to reinforce a storage shelving unit in the garage that has some blown out particle board. These were smaller than I expected based on the item dimensions in the listing itself, but if you check the pictures there is a correct size listed there of about 3 inches on the long side and 1 inch on the small side. Lots of holes to attach three planes to each other and worked for my small particle board shelves. No more wobbling. They came in a plastic container and were a little bit more beat up than the ones in the pictures but still pretty good.

Quite pleased to have these small angle brackets with implicit gussets — certainly more bend-resistant than the ordinary 'L' shaped angle brackets. Moreover, I appreciate that the implicit gusset is also a connection point, allowing corner bracing on the inside of a three-dimensional box.The 2 mm thickness of the construction metal is similar to the thickness of the metal one might find in an ordinary 'L'-angle of similar size. However, because of the gusset feature, I think that the 2 mm metal thickness will be more adequate in this special kind of bracket.The seller claims that these brackets are made from stainless steel, and from what I've been able to tell, they probably are. They are slightly magnetic, suggesting that probably they are not made from one of the more-chemical-resistant grades of stainless steel (such as 304); they might be made from a 200 series stainless steel that exhibits a bit of martensitic magnetic properties due to cold working. However, the additional white-paint coating over a somewhat-corrosion-resistant metal suggests that these brackets may be fine for extended outdoor use.As shown in the attached photo, these brackets come handily packaged in a reusable plastic box, which nicely separates them from the conventional brackets in my 'angle bracket drawer'.I anticipate that these brackets will be strong enough and bend-resistant enough to support a narrow shelf on a tool board that I anticipate making in the near future. If I find out otherwise, I may update this review.
