Wanted a quick pin for my bike rack, one with a cotter pin so I could slap the rack onto the car without the trouble of tightening the bolt down for quick trips. This fit the bill perfectly.

Bolt is too short to insert pin with nut in place (on 2021 Tundra). However, you can use one at a time (either nut or pin), which serves it's purpose.

It snap when I was tightening the bolt, it just snapped. I used a 3/8" socket & a standard 3/8" x 9" length ratchet. Not a torq wrench.Retured for a refund.
