My husband uses this all the time for our Blackstone grill! Works well and is a nice size to cover the burgers or chicken. The heat caught in dome helps cook thicker pieces of meat especially when it's cold outside! So far it has worked well!

Small size works well on a smaller portable propane grill. Using a cover holds in heat so food grills faster with less propane needed. Knob does resist heat, but keep a hot mitt handy.

Love it was big enough to cover 3 burgers to melt the cheese on them but small enough that I could still cook onions and mushrooms on the other side of my suburban grill
