really nice not hearing the squirrel cage grind against the housing or the squeal of the burned out bearing in the motor. replacing it was pretty easy. had to drill and tap a hole to mount the negative prong on the new motor so it aligned with the cut outs in the fan cover assembly. really blows the heat out . probably last far longer then the truck it went into. Id give this product an A+ !!
