Definitely gets the job done. My puppy eye tears were so hard and this softened them up and they were easy to get off with the comb it came with. Definitely will purchase again

I am so disappointed that I did not get a before and after picture, but I wasn’t sure the product was going to work. It’s actually amazing! My puppy had built up crust in the corner of his eye, and I put a little bit of the solution on a round facial pad, and wiped near his eye where the clumps were. This product immediately broke down the clumps near his eye, and I was able to brush them out with the comb. It was seamless! My pup sat there and allowed me to comb through his fur without flinching or squirming. That’s how soft the clump got. I highly recommend this product.

I have never had a puppy that had tear staining until now. I tried cheaper products from pet stores but this is much better and actually softens the crud. BUY THE COMB from the same brand. It works well and my 5 month old puppy doesn’t mind my using it on him. You have to use it daily for a while before you see a difference. I like the way it smells. It’s not overpowering. It just smells clean.

I have been using plastic flea combs to clean around my poodles’ eyes and although they do the job, these are much better. They go through the fur much easier without pulling and, being metal, should hold up much better. The plastic ones only lasted me several months and it was harder to comb thru the fur. In order for the staining to disappear, you have to use the comb at least every day or every other day but over time, the staining will go away. It’s the only thing I have found to work on the many white poodles I have owned.

I got this to use on my maltese who has staining under her eyes & beard. It did help fade the staining, but it made her eyes produce even more gunk then she was before.I gave it 3 stars because it does fade the staining.I took off 2 stars because it made her eyes put out more gunk than before.I'll try using this on my other maltese's paws because she licks them & they're stained.

My dog absolutely hates these combs (she hates anything that touches her fact) but I love them!!! I have been searching for something to remove the crust that hangs out around her eyes. I wipe her face with a wet cloth (which she also hates) and the comb pretty much slides through her hair. It's also great for combing food out of her hair in between baths.
