The case is not good. Pliers don't even fit down in them. The pliers appear to be well built. We'll shall see!

First, the pliers are spring loaded which means they open back up on their own. This is really important when trying to get a catfish off your line. Second, the lanyard is a great accessory because I leave it hooked up to the side of my boat and don’t have to worry about it falling overboard. I’ll just bring the fish around to that side of the boat to eliminate having to move it from side to side. Recommended for sure

These worked well and the lanyard is nice. But they do rust with just a little use on the water and needed constant attention to keep the rust at bay and the hinge working. Decent for the money but need to keep them well oiled for ease of use.
