Borrowed a trailer from my dad and it had a knotted up sharp cable on it for the emergency brake. Replaced it with this one and it works fantastic. Looks nice and clean and easy to use. Glad I got the 6 foot it's stretches great and perfect length. I wouldn't go any shorter. Price was good. I do think I could have put a new cable on for that price. Very happy. I even bought another one for my own trailer!

I love how these don’t hang or drag, they are coated and smooth, no rust or oxidation. I find them to be of good quality and easy to install. I’ve now bought another pair for my other trailer.

Appears to be a very well made product, large snap hook, the four foot length works prefect on my trailers.

Bought this for my fifth wheel trailer because the the non-expanding one that came with it would sometimes get caught on the base of the hitch while in a sharp turn. The coiled one eliminated the problem. My only complaint is the supplied carabiner is too thick to fin in the traditional location (on the locking pin). I removed the carabiner and replaced it with a heavy key ring that does fit and seems to work well.

This is so much better than the cable that comes with the trailer. You can clip the carabiner on a loop in the truck bed a lot easier to attach and remove.

This product was an economical replacement for the one that came with the trailer breaks. This new design is very heavy duty and doesn’t drag on the road. Easy to hook to the trailer breaks and easy to hook to the back bumper.

too short to use on my trailer, the length is the length all stretched out. not coiled up. would be a good key chain .
