- Before purchase, please make sure that the height of your door range: 6 ft - 8 ft (1.8 m - 2.4 m),
- And ensure that the top of the doorway and the door beam, there is a gap of 1-2 mm between the bottom and the floor,
- So that the rope can pass through the top and bottom of the door.

This set seemed too good to be true for the price. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. It was easy to set up on my office door and the variety of bands, hand holds, and ankle straps make it possible to get a serious workout. The bands are very sturdy, the strap that goes around the door is well made, and there are a variety of loops so you can do tons of different angles for every body part. Excellent product.

I wanted to add this to my walking routine. It was super easy to set up and start using right away. It has a few exercises but check out YouTube for more. Not going to lie, I was sore for a couple of days, but doing better now and can do more reps.

It's good, easy to put up on your door and is very strong! You can use your ropes or tubes without worry that they'll come undone or break! Te had great strength and endurance, no noise, very good resistance training!

I bought these to continue rehabilitation on bilateral shoulder injuries with surgical repair post 1 year. These are just what I needed and the set is portable, terrific for when I visit my kids and grandchildren. The door anchor works very well. has very minor slippage, I might tighten it up after a few workouts, to me, that is nothing and expected for a nylon webbing system. The loops and hooks are sewn with heavy reinforced stitching, which is nice. The handles and ankle pieces are comfortable and well made. I intend to use this system in my basement and install some permanent wall anchors. Overall, great product and I highly recommend.

This is easy to place on the door but you cant get it tight. It will give some as you pull on the elastic bands. It works well with light elastic bands but if you use heavier bands it is not as stable. I put it right next to the hinges on the far edge of the door for the most stability. Nothing bad about this product at all. In my opinion it is just best for lighter bands.

** Update. Moving from 2 stars to 5! Company saw that I had a problem and sent me a replacement at no cost to me. I was so impressed. Thank you very much!Band had a flaw when received, but seemed to work / stretch fine so I was not concerned. Broke after the 30 day return period and no way to contact seller after that point. Disappointed, as I really liked the set if not for this issue.

I love this product! I’m low income and cannot afford to spend $1500-2000 on a cable pulley machine. This product is EASY to “install†and gets the job done. You definitely don’t need a manual or installation instructions. It’s a strap - slap it around, secure & tighten. Done. I’m going to buy a second one!

Really like the idea of not having to adjust the anchor points when doing a workoutThe quality of the product was way better then I expected and the buckle seems to hold the anchor nice and secure
