Paper fiber burns out during firing and leaves a residue of Alumina (I sure that’s not exactly the correct material) on the shelf. Glass pieces come away clean. Remnants of kiln paper easily removed from shelf. One time use only

Bullseye has always been the top supplier of glass and glass fusing products in the US. This smooth kiln self paper leaves the back of my fused pieces as smooth as you can get, which means less cold working. This is also great for microwave kilns and negates my need to use kiln wash on the fusing area, which is time consuming and messy.

Breaks down to a powder in the kiln. Doesn’t stick to my fused glass at all.

I've been dabbling with glass melting and fusing with my microwave kiln, so I thought I would give this a try. Excellent choice. This is well made kiln paper. Works very well. Keeps the glass from sticking to the kiln. Leaves a nice smooth surface. Easy to clean off. Highly recommend. 5 stars.
