Perfect for cutting butter with exact spacing for a full stick. Wires are sharp as they should be and overall the product is strong and well made. Better than I expected!

Not as sturdy as the one that I inherited from my mom in use in my childhood that lasted pver 30 years, but is a close second. Definitely recommended.
