Important assembly note as with any other piece of strength equipment do not tighten down the bolts completely until the bench is placed on a level indoor surface where it will be used. Failure to do so will allow small variations within the unit and floor to align incorrectly giving the unit the feeling as if it is unbalanced.

This bench in my opinion is the best, solid flat bench out there. Not flimsy or cheaply made. Bench padding is thick and more than adequate for heavy guys. Solid and easy to assemble. Bonus! It double as a bench for my keyboard and fit perfect between keyboard stand. Don't bother with cheap, less sturdy models. Took 1 hour from unpacking, , to assembly,to clean-up. A MUST to have around a house. A High quality piece of equipment in my gym. *****

Needed a flat bench that was 17" but already have an expensive adjustable bench so didnt want to splurge.Bought this one from amazon warehouse at a discounted price and works very well. It holds up to 600lbs but its very light and doesnt take much space.

This product arrived earlier than advertised. The box was a bit tattered, but everything was inside and nothing was broken. The bench was easy to assemble and seems very sturdy. The support bar runs the entire length of the padding and the board is firm. Much sturdier than the previous product I bought, which shall not be named. Good buy.

In general this is a great product; it fits all my expectations when I originally bought it. After approximately two months of use it shows no signs of wearing down and can easily support myself(183 pounds) and all the weights I have(olympic bar with 300lbs weights). I would highly recommend this to someone who doesn't have a very wide back, as it just barely fits mine. As long as you bench press with good form(powerlifter style), there should never be any issues with the length of the bench. The only main drawback is the width- however, like I said previously, it fits my frame(I am 6'3) and should be fine for the majority of people.

The reason i git this bench was because friend git this before i did and he said loved it so i decided to get it. Putting it together was extremely easy and quick. When laying on the bench it feels sturdy unlike some other benches, I'm guessing its because of how wide the base and cushion is compared to other benches( which is good). Overall the bench it prefect and it also matches my rack and my bar so thats a plus too. 😃

We've been using this bench A LOT for well over a year now—a lot of step-ups, arm dips, jumping, etc. We looked for awhile for a bench that wouldn't tip over on us. This has definitely fit the bill! It's also comfortable on the spine and seems fairly priced. No tearing or cosmetic damage yet even though it has gym shoes on it all the time.

The bench itself is quite sturdy and an excellent value for the money. It assembles easily and quickly, and appears like it will last for many years, as long as it isn't left out in the elements or such.The only negative I have of it is that the plastic end caps for the legs are quite loose. I solved this by wrapping some black electrical tape around the part that inserts into the metal ends of the legs, to give it some thickness and keep the caps in place, but this seems like an inelegant solution to something that shouldn't have been a problem in the first place.

The bench arrived earlier than expected. Easy for one person to assemble. 4 stars because I personally need to retighten some screws more often than expected. This may be because I am not tightening them enough. The construction of the bench is overall solid. I am very satisfied with the purchase!

Bench is perfect. The foam thickness and size is great. Read some reviews about it being wobbly. Screws must be tightened. No wobble whatsoever. One screw was hard to put it but with loosening a screw and adjusting, everything worked out perfectly. Delivery was super quick. I wasn’t expecting this great of a bench for this price.
