Great on smooth pavement’s . Not for bumpy roads Speeds up to 25 miles per hour. Great strength going up hills , shock - less scooter doesn’t take bumps and cracks with ease with 8 1/2 inch hard tires . Nevertheless great scooter for the price.

Purchased two for grandkids. On one of them throttle sticks a little but great products and easy to install. Arrived in a timely manner and was kept informed about the delivery progress.

The connector is iffy it's a pretty good scooter just needs suspension for little bumps and it works great

I ordered this scooter for my 6 year old daughter who loves riding her manual scooter. She already balances on it very well, and she also rides an actual 4 wheeler, so I figured she could handle an electric scooter.The scooter is very simple to put together and adjust the height. You won't need any extra tools to get it ready to ride. The hardest part is just figuring out how to work everything, as there aren't very clear instructions on that part.The scooter comes somewhat charged, but you'll need to finish charging it fully before riding. This took about 2 hours- give or take. There is a green light indicator letting you know when the scooter is done charging.The next step is just figuring out how to use it. There are 2 speeds on the scooter, I believe the lowest is 5 mph and the top speed is 8 mph. The gears are switched by a button on the footboard. There is a safety that doesn't let the scooter just take off, if it's accidentally pushed. So, in order for it to work, the scooter HAS to be moving first. At about 3 mph, your child can then tap on the foot pedal to kick it in gear. To switch it to the highest speed, they will need to push twice.The scooter runs great, steers normally, and rolls pretty smooth. The wheels light up as soon as they start spinning- even before the gears are on. There us a manual foot brake above the back wheel, similar to every scooter I've ever seen. Everything functions as it should.There are a couple of reasons I didn't rate this 5 stars. The first is that the instructions need to be more clear on how it operates. Second, I don't like the location of the throttle button, because my daughter is always accidentally pushing it or has to look down to make sure she's switching gears. Finally, there is nothing indicating how much battery life is left, so we never know when to charge until it just dies. If these three things were improved upon, I would easily rate it 5 stars.Overall, a nice scooter. It works exactly as it should and I feel like it's reasonably priced. It's a solid 4 stars.
