This case enables me to safely store my mini starlink equipment along with a chargeable battery of the appropriate size to retain communication in that case of emergency. The size, fit, and makeup is appropriate for my need. Although I have no testing results to support, I believe that the outside composite of the case would not be best for a frequent traveler that must use airline baggage handing. I would purchase the more expensive travels case for a frequent flyer.

This case is compact but still holds everything I need for the Starlink mini. The latches really tighten down the seal and keep it waterproof.

I ordered this to see how it compared to just throwing my Starlink Mini in a harbor freight case. I was very intrigued by the custom cut foam. I received my item quickly and the case itself was pretty solid. The Starlink plus several extras (tripod adapter, cable adapters etc) all fit with no problems and the case locks up securely. The gaudy sticker on the top lid is easily removed if you don't like it. I also liked that the hinge pins weren't easily removed (enclosed on one side).The cons were that the handles are not great. I own a wide variety of hard cases and these are probably near the bottom of the list. They feel very light but also have a double latching mechanism that kinda weird. The foam had a few spots where it was not adhered to the case all the way. There are no metal inserts for the padlock hasps and the holes don't support medium-large padlock shackles. The value proposition for the case seemed low to me.That being said, it did fit the Starlink plus extras and I think it would hold up to domestic shipping no problem. Hard to get custom.cut foam for the mini anywhere else.
