Great purchase. Looks so modern and clean. Perfect size and super light to store it anywhere. I already washed it a couple of times and the blade is still super sharp. I think it is a great tool to keep in your kitchen to get super clean cut of cheese or even charcuterie. I’m really happy with this cutter.

The board is stable on the counter surface, but the cutting mechanism is loose and prone to shift during the cut so that it doesn’t line up with its slot on the board. This causes harder cheeses to not be cut straight or into thin slices. Overall, the product is passable for its cost but only mediocre in its design.

I like the idea that this slicer doesn’t have a wire which can break and has to be replaced periodically. The downfall is that because the blade is a little thicker, I can’t make the really thin slices of cheese like I could with a wire slicer. Also, this one isn’t perfectly aligned with the slot that the blade fits into, so it lightly scrapes each time that I cut. I have no way of knowing if this is an overall problem, or if I just happen to get one with a defect. but otherwise slices well and it’s easy to use and easy to clean.

This thing was touted to be a strong blade rather than the customary wire. Yes, it had a blade but not strong. This item crushes tomatos. Yup, crushed a tomato. The blade was dull and I saw no way to remove it for sharpening. Returned it.

This cheese slicer works fine if you are slicing large pieces of cheese, but if you try to cut thiner slices the cheese gets stuck in the groove. I’m replacing it with a different model.

Useful cheese slicer. Great for hard to semi hard cheese. Sliced cheddar and Gouda cheese either ease.
