These are great! When I received them I bought all different types of cheeses. I cut the cheese so much and they worked well every time. The only issie I had was when my friend tried to scrape his feet. I told him, "CHEESE CHEESE! YOU CAN ONLY CUT THE CHEESE!" But excellent and sturdy. Will be ordering cheese directly from the Netherlands soon. I loved cutting the cheese there with all the windmills.

Slicer with wire is piece of junk. Wire too lose to cut through cheese and no way to adjust it. Other cuter works great.
