Tips & Notes:
1. Before using, could you please help check if all the screws of this cheese slicer were tightly fixed, thank you.
2. Do not use this cheese slicer to cut hard cheese just get it out from the freezer.
3. Not suitable for cutting a 2 lb block cheese, if you have larger blocks of cheese, break the block into smaller segments before slicing.
4. This slicer doesn’t do well with very dry cheeses, like aged cheddars Parmesan and Salami.
5. Never use it for other tasks such as cutting raw meat or bones to avoid dulling or broken the blade.

I'm definitely never cutting cheese any other way. We started using block cheese awhile back to get rid of the additives of the other cheeses. Cutting cheese for sandwiches has always been a hassle. This cutter is super simple. Cut the cheese as thick or as thin as you want. Easy to slice through the cheese and simple to clean. Very lightweight but also very sturdy. Worth every penny
